This xtra is based on the source code provided by Antoine Schmitt at:
http://www.schmittmachine.com/asUDP.html

It uses the original (almost) unchanged source code, but in contrast to
Antoine's latest downloadable binary version, this xtra is compiled with
the MS Platformtoolset v100 instead of v110, and therefor it's also compatible
with older Windows XP systems.
