DScmd-TV v0.2 (c) Valentin Schmidt

DScmd-TV is a command-line video player for HLS Livestreams,
based on the DirectShow player DScmd and open source filters.

By default it allows to watch german public TV stations in HD quality (720p).

In addition to standard playback mode, it also allows to record a live stream
as ISO MP4 file, while still watching it.
